The ideal candidate possesses the ability to quickly learn new technologies, has superior troubleshooting skills and a pro-active customer support attitude. Hands on experience on Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems from installation, administration and management perspective. Very god communication skills and documentation skills Need to be adaptable to quickly learn new security products and technologies as part of the role requirements This position requires participation in a shift rotation which includes one weekend day.
