We have a urgent requirement with our CMMI 5 level client ( Wipro Technologies Hyderabad ) JOB Title: - Lead Administrator Role: Incident Manager Skills: • Should have undertaken previous consulting engagements using ITIL framework • Should have process mapping expertise • Should be an expert in process documentation including Level 1 to Level 4 process definition. • Should be able to conduct process maturity assessments, gap analysis, develop objective findings & recommendations and define “To Be†processes. • Expertise in KPI, metrics and RACI definition • Should have undertaken process improvement engagements • Exposure to process policy definition will be given additional weightage • Onsite Coordination / Escalation contact point for Process • Exposure to Workflow Tools (BMC/HP/IBM/MS/CA suites or Custom applications) and knowledge of database & system architecture knowledge will be an added advantage. • Good Oral and Written communication skills • Excellent customer management skills Mandatory Certifications: • ITIL V2 Service Manager Certification and/or ITIL V3 Expert certified Job Location: Hyderabad Exp Level: 5 to 8 Yrs If you are interested please send me your updated resume in word format with the following details.
