Requirement1: Oracle DBA
• Minimum of 6-10 years core Oracle DBA experience.
• Must have UNIX & LINUX experience.
• Must have RAC (Real Application Cluster) experience.
• Must have RMAN (Oracle Recovery Manager) good experience.
• Good troubleshooting experience to support.
• Good experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.
• Should be able to provide L1, L2 and L3 production support.
• Knowledge on other databases (MSSQL, SYBASE).
• Good communication & attitude.
• Flexible to work on rotational shift.
• Able to coordinate the task & manage and communicate with customer.
• Able to measure customer SLA.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in 24/7 Support environment.
• Flexible.

Requirement2: Linux/Unix/Solaris Admin
• Troubleshooting skills on HP, IBM Servers / Linux Unix OS related problems
• RedHat Directory Service with LDAP setup on Linux infrastructure environment
• Design and support on Linux Infrastructure
• Good Knowledge on Redhat Enterprise Linux Verion (3 , 4 and 5)
• Hands-on knowledge of Directory service on Redhat Linux, DHCP and other Linux Operating Systems
• Hands-on knowledge on System Administration, User managment and Sudo
• Good knowledge of Computer Associates Unicenter Modules like NSM and TSM agents
• Knowledge of Key metrics reporting standards, SLA
• Strong Communication skills and a team player
• Quality and Process Orientation
• Provide L3 support on Unix/Linux and Solaris Servers

Mandatory
a Software Skills
• Solaris 8 â€" 10 operating system
• RedHat LINUX REL 3 ,4 & 5
• Installation of Linux and Solaris on the network and standalone environment
•Patch Managment
•Experience in Virtualization with Linux
•User managment
•Backup and recovery
•Veritas Volume manager or TSM
•3rd Party software installation
• Disk managment using LVM
• Basic trouble shooting skills, Boot procedures on Linux and Unix environment
b. Hardware Skills
• HP (Compaq) x86 based hardware
• IBM x86 based hardware
• Server internal RAID configuration from HP and IBM
• Sun Microsystems SPARK based hardware
• EMC or like enterprise storage systems (Netapp, Hitachi, IBM)
• STK, Quantum or like enterprise tape libraries
