The requirement is as follows:

Network Tester

Yrs of exp : 4- 8 yrs
Location : Chennai


1. Experience in LAN/WAN networks and problem resolution.
2. Familiarity with protocol analyzers (e.g. Network Sniffers)
3. Familiarity with Network Application Performance Profiling Tools (e.g. Compuware Application Vantage, Opnet ACE)
4. Experience in using HP Quality Centre
5. Familiarity with ITIL process, especially CHANGE MANAGEMENT
6. Experience in using HP Service Desk
7. Performance analysis of strategic applications and interfaces. Analyze findings to identify new network infrastructure requirements and recommend changes to application coding or configuration to improve performance.
8. Use network simulation equipment, protocol analyzers, and predictive modeling tools to verify/predict the performance of networked applications.
9. Use analytic performance modeling to predict transaction response times and the impact of application traffic flows on the network.
10. Troubleshoot application performance issues
11. Good communication skill (oral & written)
