Job Description : IT Specialist Roles and Responsibilities: • Firewall generation for secured client connection to the serves • Quota management on bandwidth management • Policy routing, secure the corporate systems on dedicated lines • Customer problem handling and fiber optical line maintenance • Regular backups, recoveries and debugging the errors at servers • Web server maintenance. Web database server maintenance • Maintaining fax servers and printer servers Primary Skills: • Hands experience on cisco IOS through the terminal, telnet configurations at rear case • Smoothly running on office, which contain 120 workstations.
