Good knowledge and understanding of hardware, networking, operating system, messaging system, storage & Backup Solutions, Patch Management, Anti-Virus, and Systems Monitoring ï‚• Very good grasp on LINUX, Microsoft operating environment and other standards software like Office, Outlook, OCS etc ï‚• Hands on experience on latest firewall and VPN technologies, ï‚• Hands on experience on inventory management for Hardware and software licenses. ï‚• Excellent analytical skills to diagnose process, performance and technical issues. ï‚• Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving, design, coding and debugging ï‚• Knowledge of Database design and administration, Middleware technologies (application servers, messaging, etc) ï‚• UNIX, SAN, Clustering, Network, Virtualization & Consolidation ï‚• Knowledge and experience in project management and methodologies ï‚• Solid background in hardware, storage, databases and middleware Non-technical skills ï‚• Fluent English (oral + written) ï‚• Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. ï‚• Ability to work independently and to communicate at all levels within an organization, Assertiveness, interpersonal skills and customer service attitude ï‚• Proficient in vendor management.
