Job description
1. Detecting failure events from the monitoring system (alert management) or receiving and responding to problems that could not be resolved by Level 0
2. Problem validation (real problem or not?) and Opening problem records
3. Follow any scripted PD Processes
4. Documenting actions in the problem record
5. Route call to next level of support, as required.
6. First level of investigation can be made by use of PING and TRACERT commands to perform initial problem location. The results of these commands must be recorded on the problem record.
7. Skill to Trouble first level Fault in Mandatory
