Job Location: Bangalore Job Description: Good knowledge on troubleshooting the Linux OS and perform the root cause analysis for identified problems. Install, support and maintain a Linux OS(RHEL/Cent OS/SUSE) Experience on remote data center management, and Redhat or any other Cluster suite Exposure on LVM /VXVM and good in RAID concepts and on managing servers in SAN environment Should be proficient in understanding kernel, tuning, virtual memory, NFS, TCP/IP and Network bonding VMware knowledge â€" virtualization techniques, Performance monitoring /troubleshooting User/Group Account Management - Create, Modify, Delete, Disable, Password Reset Co-ordinate with the vendor and onsite for any hardware replacement Firmware level checks in UNIX servers and upgrade System Security and OS hardening Other comments * Provide on call support as scheduled * Maintain system availability as per the SLA's * Produce monthly reporting activity and explain any abnormal system performance If you are interested in the above request please provide us the following details: If not do forward it to your colleagues/ friends who might be interested ï Š 1.
