We are the Project Partner with Siemens, Wipro Technologies, HCL Technologies etc, since last 10 years for various projects and technologies.  We have few urgent "Unix Admin" opening with our client CMMI 5. About Client: Giant in IT Note: Its C2H (Contract to Hire position) Experience: 3.5 to 8 yrs Skills: 1. Experience with 4-7 years of implementing and administering UNIX based systems with a focus on Solaris and Linux: (Required). 2. Experience with Solaris 9 and 10, including Solaris 10 zones (Required). 3. Experience in security and scripting mechanisms using Perl and shell: (Required). 4. Experience with high-end storage devices and platforms: (Desired) 5. Experience in EMC Symmetrix, EMC Clariion and storage replication including SRDF: (Desired). 6. Experience with VMWare, ESX environment: (Required). 7. Ability to multi-task several mission critical tasks and projects with little supervision: (Required). 8. Understanding of High Availability, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery concepts: (Required). 9. Strong written and verbal communication skills: (Required). 10. Oracle RAC is considered: (Desired). 11. Experience with monitoring tools for performance measurement: (Desired).
