I am IT Consultants, I wish to inform u that I have one of the very-very urgent and hot opening going on from my CMMi LEVE5 and PCMM certified client called NIIT TECHNOLOGIES (www.niit-tech.com). Gurgaon (Delhi).

They are currently looking for Unix administrator for Gurgaon location.B elow given are the requirement details:-

Requirement - Unix administrator, Solaris administrator
Experience required - 4 - 8 yrs
Job Location â€" Gurgaon.
Job Shift â€" 24 X 7
Notice Period: 30 Days

Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of UNIX Administrator

We have following requirement.
Keywords are :
• Solaris Certified
• Red Hat Linux
• Jum Start
• Kick Start
• LDAP
• Storage
• Virtualization ( zones)
• Patches
• Sun One Directory Server
• Access control
• Remote console


Certified Solaris Administrator for Solaris 9, 10

OS Installation -
• Creating Jumpstart server, Boot server, Kick start server
• Installation of Solaris 8, 9, 10, Redhat Enterprise (Automated / with media)
• Knowledge of Solaris virtualization
• Creation/migration/removal of local zones
OS Migrations -
• Migration from/to Solaris 8, 9 to Solaris 10, red hat enterprise
• Experience in platform migrations, automation, integration
OS Monitoring -
• Knowledge of Sun Management Centre, zabbix, Spectrum
Knowledge of LOM, Terminal server, Remote console

Housekeeping

OS Patching -
• Creating required patch cluster and patching of server
User Administration, Authorisation -
• Creating and maintaining of Sun One Directory server
• LDAP server and Client knowledge (Installation maintenance)
• RBAC
