Thorough understanding of the Virtual Center product and experience using it to create hosts.
Thorough understanding of how to supply storage to newly created hosts..Excellent teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written skills
.Ability to take tasks and projects and work them through to completion with little or no supervision.
Must be comfortable working in a high pressure environment where change failures are not tolerated
A solid understanding of host requirements on storage and how the support files are stored on the array.


Required:

3-5 years experience working in a complex distributed technical environment using Linux
3-5 years experience supplying hosts with Virtual Center or its prior equivalent and storage process that supports the host.
3-5 years working in a data center environment.
Desired:
Technical degree or commensurate experience.
MCSE, VMWare and UNIX family certifications.
Experience with other VMWare products.
Project management experience.
