Job Title: Technical Support Engineers
Experience: Fresher's & Experienced (0 to 3 yrs)
Job Description:
Technical Support (Voice-based):
ü Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking/OS related queries of our global customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
ü Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
ü Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database
ü Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand
ü Willing to work in rotational shifts
Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline (Strictly 2006 - 2010 pass outs with no backlogs.)
- Experience: 0 – 3 of experience(BPO/Non BPO/KPO/Financial Services Industry)

Timings: 10.00am to 04.00pm
